I watched it again today, and I do in actual fact understand it properly. The only reason I misunderstood it was because my best friend told me that he wasn’t a paedophile (they say paedophile well weird in the film) so I got really confused because he acted like one to me.
& Anyway even though she still says that he isn’t one I understand he is. He admitted it. & she had already killed the other guy that was a part of his like creepy thing.
I love this film though & Ellen Page is amazing in it.
P.s Don’t cut your hair again like that.
The way I understood it, you’re supposed to make your own mind up if he is a paedophile or not. Ellen’s character believes he is, and she forces him to kill himself on the basis that she’ll tell everyone he is, but that doesn’t conclusively prove that he actually is. I think one of the bigger questions is whether or not Ellen’s character is right in doing what she does.
